Training - Common Training Questions

Here we feature some of the questions we are regularly asked by people who are thinking of becoming practitioners. If you have any questions in mind please look here first to see if it is answered. If you have one that is not featured here, please contact us.

  1. Will I be able to feel & sense the energy ?
  2. How long will it take before I am able to use the techniques to help people ?
  3. If I don't do them correctly, will I do any harm ?
  4. What do the case studies involve?
  5. Will I find the written exam a problem ?

1. Will I be able to feel & sense the energy ?

Yes without a doubt. Most people start to be aware of something as soon as they begin the energy sensing exercises. Everyone has the potential; it's simply a case of perserverence and working to clear your own energy channels with Chi Kung exercises. These exercises will also increase your ability to hold energy.

2. How long will it take before I am able to use the techniques to help people ?

After the first weekend you will have sufficient skills to immediately benefit family and friends. Even if you are still not sure whether you can feel the energy, simply by following the techniques you will be effective.

3. If I don't do them correctly, will I do any harm ?

No. The natural state of energy is to flow and all you would be doing is removing blockages in the energy fields which may be preventing that flow. If your techniques were not accurate, you would simply be less effective.

4. What do the case studies involve?

These are undertaken approximately half way through the course and six volunteers are required who are prepared to attend for a minimum of 4 sessions. Details of their medical history and emotional health are taken. At each session notes are taken of the state of each chakra at the opening and closing scans and any energy movements sensed throughout the session. The therapist is asked to record their own interpretation of the significance of these changes.

5. Will I find the written exam a problem ?

Beginning with the Root and ending with the Crown each training weekend is focussed on a particular chakra. The course is structured in such a way as to recap on the subjects covered the month before and to build on that information to the next stage. This way, more mature students who may have not studied or sat examinations for many years find that everything falls into place.

Course notes are provided and everything in the exam is thoroughly covered over the period of the course and reinforced while compiling the case studies.
